COINS USA Service Level Agreements

COINS USA Service Level Agreements (SLA) provides services that extend the value of the COINS USA Annual Software Support Agreement.

For example, since client specific software (i.e., custom software) is not covered by the COINS USA Annual Software Support Agreement, you can set up a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to cover your client specific software needs. Such an agreement could reserve a certain number of hours a week for a software development team to analyze programs, maintain client specific programs, test client specific software with each change to COINS, provide assistance to client programmers, etc.
