By using Mobile Technician throughout the course of a service call, the technician
easily captures detailed information about the work that being performed:
the equipment serviced, time spent, parts used, refrigerant usage, PM tasks
completed, and other information. When the service call is complete, the technician
can capture the customer’s signature right in Mobile Technician, then
fax or e-mail a copy of the signed Service Report to them.
