This illustrates a Daily Scheduling Board from the S/M Call Management System (CMS). It shows the Time view of the Board
with some of the options available for managing scheduled calls. There are
other versions of the Scheduling Board, including daily scheduling by sequence
of visit, and weekly scheduling. The Call Management System is part of COINS
Ti Service Management.
