Sales Order Processing
Use the COINS Ti Sales Order Processing Module to quickly and efficiently
handle all phases of order entry - from entering the sales order through
printing the picking tickets and packing slips, to shipping and invoicing
the client. The system can also be used to track back orders, manage
sales analysis and commission reporting - and even run credit checks
on customers.

Order Processing
Integrated with the Accounts Receivable, Job Status and PO/Inventory
Modules, the SOP Module handles all types of material sales orders including
such specialty types as Quotations, Point of Sale, and Job Orders.

Quotations
When a price quote is needed, the selected items are entered and a
written proposal document can be generated. When the quote is accepted,
it can be converted to a sales order or job order and processed accordingly.
Through the use of quote sections, information can be organized and
subtotaled for proposals.

Point of Sale
Over the counter sales, or retail sales made directly to a customer,
are handled through a special Point of Sale order type. You can enter
payment type and amount of receipt for posting to Accounts Receivable
at the end of the day; and you can track money through Cash Drawers.

Automatic Creation of Jobs
Special order types, called Job Orders, are converted to Job Status
jobs. Order entry incorporates the entering of labor, materials, subcontracts,
and equipment by cost code for job costing purposes.

Smooth Out the Shipping Process
Shipments may be directed to any number of customers ship-to-addresses
allowing for multiple addresses for a single customer or for drop shipments.
All shipping feedback information is tracked, and inventory on-hand
is adjusted accordingly. Items will be automatically back ordered when
not available in inventory. Packing slips and bills of lading can be
generated.

Produce Complete Customer
Invoices and Monitor Sales
The SOP system produces complete invoices for sales orders and Point
of Sale Orders. (Job Orders create actual jobs, which will go through
the COINS Ti Billing Module). Invoices may be printed immediately for
Point of Sale needs or batched for printing at a later date. The flexible
pricing structure can be set up to include either customer-specific
or group-specific pricing schedules.
Weekly and monthly sales information can be generated and accessed
through on-line inquiry screens and reports. Sales information is kept
for each sales representative, division and company. Sales budgets are
kept by month and year and can be easily maintained for making comparisons
to actual sales.
