Give your customers instant access to information about their calls from any Internet-connected PC. Has a technician been dispatched? When was the call closed? What were the charges? They can even see a copy of the actual work order.

With Call Tracker, all they need is a web browser such as Internet Explorer 6.0 and the login information that you give them.

After installing and configuring Call Tracker, simply add a link to your company's web site so your customers can easily find and log into Call Tracker.

Up-to-the-Minute Information

Call Tracker is directly connected to COINS Ti using Microsoft ASP.NET technology. Users get up-to-the-minute call information directly from the contractor’s COINS Ti system. As calls are entered and processed in COINS Ti Service Management, the updated information is immediately available. Just click Refresh in the Call Tracker browser.

Easy-to-Use Interface

Call Tracker features an easy-to-use tabbed screen. After the user selects a service site from the list on the left, the tabs on the right give access to open calls, closed calls, or all calls.

  • Click on a call to display call details, such as location, problem description, contract type, caller, call resolution, and more.
  • Click on a column heading to sort the calls by that column.
  • Change the Start Date to view older calls or to restrict the list to more recent calls.

You decide the types of information that display on a user-by-user basis by managing the Users File in the COINS Ti Service Management module. For example, you can keep the user from seeing PM calls. You can also show or hide non-billable PM hours, or billable hours and charges, or give the user access to images of the work orders.
