The COINS USA Human Resource Suite was designed specifically for the construction industry. It helps you track employees, comply with regulations, and mitigate the dangers inherent to construction, in terms of both safety and litigation.

Time & Attendance

Time & Attendance tracks attendance and accrual information. It uses time card information (through H/R's interface with the Payroll module) supplemented by manual entries to track the attendance history for each employee. It processes accruals for vacation and sick time and other accrual plans that you define. Attendance Calendars graphically display each employee's attendance history, enabling you to spot trends, analyze employee performance, and contain labor costs.
