Base H/R

Base H/R comprises three applications that are powerful enough to fill the needs of any business:

Employee Information contains the basic employee record, dependent and emergency contact information, changes in employment status, and items and equipment provided to the employee. It records demographic information, veteran status, I-9 information, and other employee data that must be captured in today's highly regulated climate.

Employee Relations covers the issues affecting your relationship with employees: performance appraisals, infractions, drug tests, physicals, grievances, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

Training & Development helps manage the professional development of your staff. It tracks employee training, tests, skills, awards, certifications, continuing education, and other staff development events and activities.
