Flexibility to Meet Your
Needs
COINS Ti Construction Billing is completely flexible, permitting you
to format invoices in response to your customers' requirements. As appropriate,
the billing procedure, calculations and invoice format can be defined
differently for each job (or phase of work within each job), to meet
the needs of the situation.
COINS Ti Construction Billing has the ability to take information from
the Job Status Module, process it for billing, and then feed the data
to the Accounts Receivable Module. Ad hoc bills can also easily be prepared.

Easy Labor, Equipment and
Material Billing
Labor can be billed in many different ways, including multiples of
direct labor or fully-burdened labor, or specific billing rates for
functions that may vary by employee, job, and/or labor category.
Equipment billing can include multiples of equipment costs or specific
billing rates that may vary by piece of equipment, job, equipment class,
and equipment rate type. Up to eight rates can be established for each
set of equipment class, equipment number, customer number, job, and
equipment rate type.
Material billing can include multiples of material costs, or specified
material prices for specific material items. Multiple material price
levels enable you to easily and automatically vary prices by customer
group, individual customer, job, contract, material class, and individual
material item.
These powerful features make the task of billing easy and automatic,
saving time and eliminating errors. In addition, sales and use tax by
tax jurisdiction, retainage receivable, material stored, and other information
pertinent to construction contracts are all easily handled by COINS
Ti Construction Billing.

Unique Extra Features
COINS Ti Construction Billing incorporates many features that will
make your job easier:
- Lump sum (AIA), unit price, time and materials or standard invoices
(with multiple formats) can be set up.
- Cost basis billing items can be automatically created, retrieving
the data from Job Status for T & M and other type bills.
- Caps can be set at the billing item level for cost-basis or flat
amount billing items. This lets you set a "not to exceed" amount for
a specific item separate from the contract limit.
- Billing worksheets can be prepared in many easy-to-use formats,
and recurring bills can be prepared on a periodic basis.
- Different categories of cost can be automatically billed at different
multipliers or rates.
- Change orders can be billed differently and tracked separately from
the base contract.
- Jobs can be billed by contract. By setting up separate contracts
for the different types of billings, you can run multiple types of
invoices through the system for a single job.
- Historical information, including details on all bills, can be automatically
retained by the system. A complete billing history for the job can
be quickly and easily produced, any time you need it.
