COINS USA is actively recruiting an experienced Financial Analyst to assist the CFO in the planning and direction of the company's fiscal function.

The Financial Analyst's specific responsibilities will include monitoring the company's general accounting functions (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and billing), particularly as they relate to the company's month-end close. The Financial Analyst will regularly prepare company financial statements. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will be involved in collections, cash flow management, budgeting, financial forecasting, financial projections, financial reporting, and job profitability analysis.

The Financial Analyst must be a team player and excellent communicator with strong analytical skills who can work closely with other members of the Finance team and with COINS USA cost center managers.

Special Requirements

The Financial Analyst candidate comes to COINS USA with a Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Accounting/Finance, four years of related experience, and familiarity with automated accounting systems. A strong working knowledge of MS Excel is critical as data modeling and reporting are very important. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are required.
