Client Support Analyst Position Description
Description
Client Support Analysts are responsible for the support of COINS USA's
products (COINS Ti, COINS, eDocuments, Call Management System, BI2 Database,
Human Resouce Suite, etc.) and services under the terms of the Annual
Software Support Agreement. For COINS USA, the Client Support Analyst is
a very important individual, since this person's decisions directly
affect our goal of providing the best and most useful products to our
clients.
The Client Support Analyst is a team player and excellent communicator
who can comfortably assist clients with questions and problems related
to COINS. The Client Support Analyst must also be able to easily communicate
the results of testing and reviews to COINS USA personnel.
Special Requirements
The Client Support Analyst comes to COINS USA with a Bachelor's degree
(or higher) in Accounting or related field, at least 1 year accounting
or business experience, and a very energetic and enthusiastic perspective.
