COINS USA Employment Benefits at a Glance
Hospitalization & Major Medical
COINS USA pays the medical premium for employee individual or family coverage
up to a cap that is established annually by the Company.
Group Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment
COINS USA pays the premium for group life insurance for each employee,
with a value of twice the employee's annual salary rounded to the nearest
$1,000 ($100,000 maximum). This group life insurance includes Accidental
Death and Dismemberment coverage.
Long Term Disability
COINS USA pays one half of the premium for generous Long Term Disability
of 60% of base salary after 90 days (up to a maximum of $6,000 per month).
Holidays
COINS USA provides its employees with 8 paid holidays each year.
Sick & Personal Time
COINS USA employees receive 10 paid days of sick and personal time a
year, accrued biweekly.
Vacation
After only 6 months service, COINS USA employees have 5 vacation days
available for use. Thereafter, vacation time accrues to total 10 paid
days per year. Employees are entitled to three weeks vacation after
10 years of service.

For full time employees, coverage for hospitalization and major
medical, dental insurance, and group life insurance may be effective
immediately, without limitations, upon your first day of employment.
